Note: Calendar Preorders start shipping in the first week of December.

Orders are typically processed within 7 working days ( unless mentioned otherwise on the product page). Shipping will be free on purchases above Rs.599/-. Standard Shipping rate of Rs. 65/- is applicable for orders below Rs. 599/-

Deliveries usually take 2-3 days post shipping for metro cities, and 5-6 days post shipping for non metro cities. Please note that deliveries outside major cities might take longer.

For the calendar pre-orders start on the 8th of November and continues till the 30th of November. Calendars start shipping in the first week of December. Once shipped you will receive an email and/or an SMS from our shipping partners, with a tracking link you can use to track your order.

Archana & Co is not liable for any delay in delivery by the shipping partners and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the shipping partner within the promised time (refer to product page) from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Important - If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please write to us at arch@archanaandco.com within 24 hours of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We will check with our shipping partner and get back to you. 

Please note: We will NOT be able to investigate with the courier service if we get this information after 24 hours.
