By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Cancellations, Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is handed over to the shipping partner. If you’d like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please write to us at email@example.com.
Please note: A cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for cancellations on preorders. The balance amount will be refunded and will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund processed date!
There might be times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. If it comes to that, we’ll inform you promptly, and issue a refund.
Items once ordered cannot be returned except in case of damaged items.
While we thoroughly inspect all our products and take the utmost care in packing products so they reach you safely, we cannot control what happens to packages once we’ve handed them over to shipping partners.
If you have received a damaged product please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the product within two days receiving the product. Once we evaluate the issue, we will have the product replaced or refund your order, whichever is possible.
Please note: We will not be able to issue a refund / replacement if we haven't been informed within two days of product delivery. Also, items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
In case of approved refunds, you’ll get confirmation of the same, and we will issue a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
